Do I have to be a member of Darlington Business Club ?
Absolutely not, we are happy for any business to join us as an exhibitor at our annual DL Business Expo. However, you do need to have a DL trading address.
Do you use a shell system?
We do not use a shell system for providing exhibitor booths. Instead, we use standard 6ft by 2ft tables.
Can I use a wrap-a-round display or pull-up banners?
You are able to use a wrap-a-round display, but be warned if this over spills on the exhibitor space next to you we have the right to ask you to take the display down. Your exhibitor floor space is 6ft x 2ft.
Pull up banners are ideal to use as these can be placed behind your display table. Not want to use a table, that’s fine, just let us know when booking your exhibition stand.
Can we get early access to set-up our exhibition stand?
Yes, exhibitors are able to gain access to the venue from 8 am on the morning of the Expo. Due to traffic and parking restrictions, exhibitors are limited to a 10-minute unloading time, before having to move their vehicle to a local pay & display car park.
Important: Missing your unloading time slot will mean you have to wait until all other exhibitors have unloaded.
Can we have more than 1 member of staff?
Exhibitors are able to have as many members of staff in attendance on the day as required. Just bear in mind the space around your table.
Can I sell on the day?
Please bear in mind the space you have available, but you are allowed to sell on the day, please ensure you have the correct trading license and insurance. Also, be conscious of other exhibitors and visitors.
